About TPC Castings and Dynamic Turbine
TPC Castings, based in Chandler, Arizona, is a state-of-the-art investment casting foundry
specializing in turbine engine rotating blades, vanes and other components. The foundry is
equipped with a fully automated and environmentally controlled shelling line and VIM casting
furnaces producing equiaxed, directionally solidified and single-crystal castings. Additionally,
TPC Castings operates vacuum heat treat and caustic core-removal for hollow components. All
non-destructive testing processes (visual, grain size, Laue-Grain angle, FPI, x-ray, airflow and
dimensional) are performed in-house. Each casting is serialized for complete traceability. All
castings are manufactured to fixed processes and shipped certified to all inspection and
material testing requirements. The facility has held continuous ISO registration and current
AS9100 standards for nearly a decade.
Dynamic Turbine, based in Norcross, Georgia, was formed in 2004 by Mark Doelling, an
industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience manufacturing turbine engine
components. DT produces precision-machined super alloy turbine parts, including rotating
blades and vanes, utilizing new five-axis grinding centers and state-of-the-art milling, EDM and
lathes. ISO 9001:2008 certified and with a quality department equipped to work with all sizes of
airfoil shapes utilizing white-light scanning and automatic CMM machines, DT has manufactured
thousands of components operating in turbine engines throughout the world.
