Tower Arch Capital has recapitalized White Plains, New York-based Kiinde, a developer of infant and child feeding solutions. No financial terms were disclosed for the transaction that was in partnership with Pear Orchard Partners and Kiinde’s management team. Choate Hall & Stewart LLP advised Tower Arch on the recap.
