PRESS RELEASE

TriCan Tire Distributors, Inc. Purchases Integra Tire

TriCan Tire Distributors, Inc. (“TriCan”) announced that it has purchased the interests of Integra Tire and Auto Centers (“Integra”) based in Edmonton, AB Canada. The previous ownership of Integra included David Cosco, Brad Kirk and Allen Ambrosie. As a result of this transaction, TriCan will own and manage the Integra Tire and Auto Centers program on a go-forward basis.

Integra Tire and Auto Centers is an affiliated store program with over eighty locations servicing consumers across Canada. The program was envisioned and created by David Cosco. The Integra Tire and Auto Center program is designed for the independent tire and automotive service business owner who sees value in aligning with a larger brand and having access to a network of services including training, marketing support and warranty programs.

“Joining forces with TriCan is a very positive step for the Integra brand,” said David Cosco, president and CEO of Integra Tire for the past six years. “The national footprint, combined with the resources of this large and growing distributor, will create tremendous opportunities for the business owners participating in the Integra affiliated store program,” Cosco added.

Given the change in the ownership structure, Mr. Cosco has resigned his role as president and CEO of Integra; however, his six retail locations will continue to operate as Integra affiliated stores. Many members of the Integra Tire support team will continue in their program development and customer service roles.

“The Integra brand will be an excellent addition to the TriCan portfolio,” said Mike Kustra, president of TriCan Tire Distributors. “We strive to offer our customers tools and programs to help them operate as successful tire and service retailers. The Integra program aligns perfectly with our marketing goals,” Kustra added.
