PRESS RELEASE

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Trilantic North America, a leading, growth-focused private equity firm, announced today the promotion of Ted Rosenwasser to Partner, bringing the firm’s leadership team to 15 Partners. This follows the appointments of Giulianna Ruiz and Christopher Murphy to Partner and the addition of Kristin DePlatchett as Partner and Head of Investor Relations earlier this year.

Mr. Rosenwasser joined Trilantic North America as a Senior Associate in 2014 and primarily focuses on investments in the business services and light industrials sectors.
