(DALLAS) – Trinity Hunt Partners, a growth-oriented middle market private equity firm, today announced a partnership with Exclusive Concepts (“Exclusive”), a provider of digital marketing and advertising services based in Burlington, Massachusetts. Exclusive was founded in 1997 and has grown to be a leading digital marketing services partner for eCommerce-focused clients. Trinity Hunt is partnering with Exclusive President Scott Smigler, who will remain a significant shareholder, and the company’s management team to accelerate Exclusive’s growth trajectory through investments in infrastructure, talent and strategic acquisitions.
