Trive partners up with AEC and AMRO to form Karman

Trive Capital has teamed up with Aerospace Engineering Corp and AMRO Fabricating Corporation to form Karman Missile & Space Systems, a supplier of flight hardware and complex sub-assemblies to the space, missile, and hypersonic markets.
