TSG Capital Partners has made several promotions: Pierre LeComte to managing director, Brian Krumrei and Robyn Lawrie Rutledge to principal and Jenny Baxter to vice president.

TSG Consumer Partners LLC (“TSG”), a private equity firm and leading investor in branded consumer products companies, named Pierre LeComte a Managing Director and announced additional promotions.
Others advanced include Brian Krumrei and Robyn Lawrie Rutledge, both of whom were promoted to Principal, and Jenny Baxter, named a Vice President.

Mr. LeComte, who joined TSG in 2005, is involved in working on business strategies with the firm’s partner companies, in addition to originating and diligencing new investment opportunities. He has worked in brand management with Yahoo and the Nabisco Company, including its SnackWell’s and Chips Ahoy products, and was a Manager with Bain & Company prior to joining TSG. He holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Krumrei, formerly a Vice President, was a Director of Corporate Development at Asurion before joining TSG in 2005. Previously, Mr. Krumrei was with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co and was also in the private equity group of The Blackstone Group where he focused on a variety of industry sectors, including consumer products. He holds a BS in Economics and a BAS in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, from which he graduated magna cum laude. Mr. Krumrei also serves as Chief Strategy Officer at CytoSport, a TSG partner company.
Ms. Rutledge, also formerly a Vice President, has been with TSG since 2007, having earlier been with Thomas Cressey Equity Partners, where she focused on the consumer products and market services sectors. Prior to that, she was an investment banker in the Mergers and Strategic Advisory Group at Goldman Sachs in New York. She received her Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University in Canada and an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
Prior to joining TSG in 2007 as a Senior Associate, Ms. Baxter, was a consultant at Bain & Company, where she worked on brand strategy, merger integration and organizational design. She also worked for Bain’s private equity practice. She received a dual undergraduate degree in Economics and Communications from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
