TSG Consumer Buys Sexy Hair Concept

TSG Consumer Partners has bought Sexy Hair Concepts. Financial terms weren’t announced. Chatsworth, Calif.-based Sexy Hair, which markets hair car products, filed for bankruptcy protection in December.
