Valsoft Corp acquires Britain’s Datastor Systems

Valsoft Corp has acquired Datastor Systems, a Congleton, UK-based designer and supplier of process control solutions.

Valsoft Corp has acquired Datastor Systems, a Congleton, UK-based designer and supplier of process control solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. Valsoft is a Canadian software acquisition and development firm.

Datastor will continue to operate independently with its existing management from its Congleton office. This acquisition will have minimal impact on its day-to-day operations, if any.
