AppNexus said Friday that it has made several additions to its management team. Thomas Butta has been named chief marketing officer while Igor Shindel has been promoted to chief information officer. Also, Pat McCarthy has been promoted to senior vice president of product; Brandon Atkinson has been promoted to senior vice president of global services; Nithya Das is now general counsel; and Michelle Dvorkin has been upped to vice president of people operations.
