VC-backed Five9 buys SoCoCare

Five9 has acquired SoCoCare. No financial terms were disclosed. SoCoCare is a provider of social engagement and mobile customer care solutions. Five9 is backed by SAP Ventures, Adams Street Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners and Partech International.
