The financial terms of the transaction were not published. Influitive was founded in 2012 with the backing of Canadian and US venture capital firms, including Accelerator Ventures, First Round Capital, Golden Venture Partners, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Illuminate Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, New Enterprise Associates, Relay Ventures, Resolute.VC and other investors.

Combination helps B2B marketers connect buyers and advocates on the social web, where purchase decisions are made
