Vector Capital has acquired Triton Digital, a tech provider for the digital audio market. No financial terms were disclosed. Macquarie Capital advised Triton Digital on the transaction.
LOS ANGELES & SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Vector Capital, a technology-focused private equity firm, today announced the acquisition of Triton Digital, the leading technology provider to the digital audio industry. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
