Vector Capital has sold Teletrac Inc. to Danaher Corp. Financial terms weren’t announced. Garden Grove, Calif.-based Teletrac provides cloud-based software as a service (“SaaS”) platform to fleet operators.
SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Vector Capital has sold Teletrac® Inc., a leading GPS tracking and fleet management software company, to Danaher Corporation. Teletrac provides a comprehensive cloud-based software as a service (“SaaS”) platform to fleet operators. Teletrac’s global network tracks more than 200,000 vehicles across 87 countries allowing fleet owners and managers to drive operational efficiency across their fleets.
