Victory Park Capital Provides $5M to Fuller Brush

Victory Park Capital has provided the Fuller Brush Co. with $5 million in debtor-in-possession financing, the firm announced Monday. The financing will provide Fuller with working capital as it reorganizes under Chapter 11. Victory Park is based in Chicago and has offices in Boston and San Francisco. Fuller Brush develops, produces, distributes and markets branded and private label products for personal care, residential and commercial cleaning.

The financing will provide Fuller with working capital as the 106 year-old company reorganizes under Chapter 11.
