Vinci Partners, a Brazilian alternative investment platform, has priced its IPO of 13.8 million shares at a price range between $16 and $18 per share. The stock will trade on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “VINP.” J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and BTG Pactual are the lead underwriters.


RIO DE JANEIRO, Jan. 19, 2021 /PRNewswire/ — Vinci Partners Investments Ltd. (“Vinci Partners,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the controlling company of a leading alternative investment platform in Brazil, today announced that it has launched its initial public offering of 13,873,474 Class A common shares pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). The estimated price range for the offering is US$16.00 and US$18.00 per Class A common share. Vinci has applied to list its Class A common shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “VINP.” In connection with the offering, Vinci Partners expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,081,021 Class A common shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Vinci Partners intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to (1) to fund investments in its own products alongside its investors; (2) to pursue opportunities for strategic transactions; and (3) for other general corporate purposes.
