
Brian N. Sheth, president of Vista Equity Partners, has resigned from his post and will depart the firm effective immediately.
Sheth joined Vista as a vice president in 2000. Since then, he played a key role in developing the firm’s global enterprise software investment platform. In 2010, Sheth was promoted to president and awarded the title of co-founder, working alongside Vista’s founder, Chairman and CEO Robert F. Smith.
Smith founded Vista over 20 years ago. As of September 30, 2020, Vista has more than $73 billion in assets under management, according to the firm.
