Vodafone ups stake in Kabel Deutschland

Vodafone has announced that the voluntary public takeover offer for Kabel Deutschland Holding AG by Vodafone Vierte Verwaltungsgesellschaft AG, a subsidiary of Vodafone has completed. Vodafone now owns 76.57% of Kabel Deutschland’s share capital.

Vodafone announced that the voluntary public
takeover offer for Kabel Deutschland Holding AG (‘Kabel Deutschland’) by Vodafone
Vierte Verwaltungsgesellschaft AG, a subsidiary of Vodafone, settled and completed
as of today. Vodafone now owns 76.57% of Kabel Deutschland’s share capital.
Vodafone intends to enter into a domination and profit and loss transfer agreement
(‘DPL’) with KDH pursuant to sections 291 et seq. of the Stock Corporation Act.
Kabel Deutschland confirms that first discussions on such a DPL commenced.
