Waterland Private Equity Investments has sold SDS Business Services GmbH to Affiliated Computer Services Inc. (NYSE: ACS), for $67 million. SDS is a German provider of outsourced data center, infrastructure and IT services. It had 2007 revenue of approximately $40 million.
