Waud Capital Promotes Pair

Waud Capital Partners has promoted David Neighbours to Partner and Chuck Edwards to principal. Neighbours joined the firm in 2003 as a principal, while Edwards joined in 2005 as a vice president.

Waud Capital Partners (“WCP”) announced two promotions, effective January 1, 2010: David Neighbours to Partner and Chuck Edwards to Principal.

David Neighbours joined WCP in 2003 and was a Principal prior to this promotion. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Advanced Reimbursement Management and as a member of the Board of Directors of Hospitalists Management Group, Regency Hospital Company and True Partners Consulting. Mr. Neighbours formerly served as a Director of Waud Capital portfolio companies Compex Legal Services and Parish Publications. Prior to joining WCP, Mr. Neighbours worked for Citigroup Investments. He received a B.B.A., cum laude, in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Chuck Edwards joined WCP in 2005 and was a Vice President prior to this promotion. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Acadia Healthcare Company, Aquion Water Treatment Products and Maxum Petroleum. Prior to joining WCP, Mr. Edwards worked in the mergers and acquisitions group at A.G. Edwards & Sons. He received a B.S., magna cum laude, in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Missouri and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
