The group has a very diversified client base, with more than 48,000 active accounts, including social and private housing players, companies and local authorities.

The group, which has 1500 employees, is present throughout France via 42 branches, structured around 10 regional hubs. In 2018, H&P Hygiène et Prévention achieved a turnover of €118 million.

As of 2 December 2019, the group is headed by Matthieu Jourdan, who joins H&P Hygiène et Prévention as the new Chief Executive Officer.
