Ghostery, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus LLC, said Monday that it named Jim Weber its CFO. Prior to Ghostery, Weber was CFO of iLevel Solutions.

Weber will oversee Ghostery’s financial and administrative operations with a focus on accelerating company growth in response to consumer demand for better digital experiences.

Weber has more than 20 years of financial management experience, with a background that includes financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, strategic planning, corporate finance and risk management. Prior to Ghostery, he was CFO of iLevel Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and sale to Ipreo. Weber also served as CFO at FalconStor where he led the company from zero to $90 million in revenue.
Weber joins Ghostery in a time of significant momentum. Last year, Ghostery was ranked 159th on Deloitte’s 2015 Technology Fast 500™, a ranking of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences and energy tech companies in North America.
Weber graduated from Fordham University. He is a certified public accountant and was named one of Long Island Business News’ “Top 40 Under 40.”
