This brings Weil’s bench of London private equity transaction partners up to six, all of whom are well known market leading practitioners (Michael Francies, Marco Compagnoni, Jonathan Wood, Mark Soundy), and who lead a 25 strong team of experienced private equity transaction lawyers.
