Kevin J. Mayer
Mr. Mayer joined Western Reserve in 2008 and leads transactions in the firm’s Industrial practice. He has over 15 years of investment banking experience, having previously worked for KeyBanc Capital Markets, Thayer Capital Partners and Robertson, Stephens and Co. Mr. Mayer’s educational background includes a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University and M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Outside of Western Reserve, he dedicates his time to supporting Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital, St. Malachi Center and the Yale Alumni Association.
Kevin M. White
Mr. White joined Western Reserve in 2009, leads transactions in the firm’s Industrial practice and heads Western Reserve’s Financial Sponsor Coverage practice. He has over 17 years of investment banking experience, having previously worked for Citigroup Inc. and Wertheim Schroder and Co. Mr. White earned his A.B. in Economics (magna cum laude) from Princeton University and J.D. (cum laude) from Harvard Law School. Outside of Western Reserve, he dedicates his time to supporting Great Lakes Theater, the Princeton Association of Northern Ohio, the Harvard Club of Northeastern Ohio and the Association for Corporate Growth.
Daniel P. Callanan
Managing Director, Western Reserve Valuation Services
Mr. Callanan joined Western Reserve Valuation Services shortly after its founding in 2012. He has over 20 years of valuation experience, having previously worked for ComStock Advisors, JP Morgan/Chase (formerly Bank One), Willamette Management Associates and Arthur Andersen and Company. Mr. Callanan’s educational background includes a B.A. in Economics and Management from DePauw University and M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. For more than 15 years, he has been an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation granted by The American Society of Appraisers (“ASA”), and he is currently a member of the Employee Stock Ownership Association.
Andrew P. Male
Mr. Male joined Western Reserve in 2007 and executes transactions in the firm’s Consumer and Business Services practices. He has over 13 years of financial advisory experience, having previously served as a consultant for Stax Inc. Mr. Male earned his B.S. in Organizational Change from Northwestern University and M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Outside of Western Reserve, he dedicates his time to supporting The Intergenerational School, the University Hospitals Center for Retina and Macular Disease and Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.
Gregory A. Hill
Mr. Hill joined Western Reserve in 2011, having previously served as an Analyst in Fifth Third Bank’s Middle Market Finance Group. He earned his B.S. in Finance and International Business from the Dauch College of Business at Ashland University. Outside of Western Reserve, Mr. Hill dedicates his time to supporting St. Malachi Center, Ashland University, HandsOn Cleveland and the Young ACG (“Association for Corporate Growth”), Cleveland Chapter.
