White Deer buys TorcSill from Intervale

White Deer Energy has acquired TorcSill Foundations LLC, a provider of deep-foundation solutions for energy, industrial and power end markets. No financial terms were disclosed. Harris Williams advised TorcSill on the transaction. TorcSill was backed by Intervale Capital LLC.

The transaction was led by Luke Semple, Drew Spitzer, Ian Thomas and Marshall Wills of the Harris Williams Energy, Power & Infrastructure (EPI) Group.
