Orange Growth Capital said Feb. 8 that Annette Wilson has joined the firm as partner COO and investor relations. Wilson was most recently with Silverfleet Capital Partners where she set up an IR function. Aman Ghei has also joined the firm as a principal.
Orange Growth Capital, one of the leading European and Asian FinTech Venture Capital firms, has recently made two important hirings as it scales its capability. The firm which was founded in 2013 and is focused on early stage investing in businesses with technology that help accelerate the transformation of the financial services sector covering insurance groups, banks and other service providers.
Annette Wilson joined the firm as Partner COO and Investor Relations. Annette was founding CFO of Palamon Capital Partners, where she spent fifteen years. Most recently she was with Silverfleet Capital Partners, where she set up an investor relations function at the time of the firm’s successful €870 million fundraising. Annette started her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, having qualified as a Chartered Accountant and thereafter was in the insurance industry in various senior management roles.
Aman Ghei joins the firm as Principal and brings a strong European technology and investment track record having worked at Accel Partners (being involved in investments such as Supercell and Spotify). He then went on to work at Facebook, where he led their mobile platform initiatives and partnership development and most recently was with Nordeus, a leading mobile game developer where he was head of studio and a product manager. Aman started his career at Credit Suisse in their technology group.
