Wind Point-backed Zone acquires Smart Care
Zone Climate Services, which is backed by Wind Point Partners, has acquired St. Paul, Minnesota-based Smart Care, a provider of commercial kitchen equipment repair and maintenance services to the U.S. commercial food service industry.
