XLA, backed by private equity firm The Halifax Group, is a global acquisition, grants and professional services company based in McLean, VA. The company, formed in April of this year by the merger of XL Inc. and ALON, was rebranded this month as XLA.

We are delighted to welcome Doug, Joe, and Deborah, whose experience will be instrumental to managing our growth and building our team to meet the evolving needs of our clients.”

Mr. Kollme, 45, has 20 years of experience in commercial banking, investment banking, and mergers & acquisitions.
