Danville received legal advice from Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP.

(“Zest”), the global leader in the design and manufacturing of overdenture attachments, today announced the acquisition of Danville Materials, LLC (“Danville”), a leading manufacturer of restorative consumables and small equipment for the dental market from Inverness Graham Investments. Zest is a portfolio company of Avista Capital Partners (“Avista”), a leading private equity firm. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
