Zeus Capital has hired Adam Pollock as head of corporate broking from Panmure Gordon and Michael Allen as a research director. Allen previously worked as an executive director at Panmure Gordon.
Investment banking boutique Zeus Capital continues to build upon its outstanding performance over the past year, announcing two high profile hires, Adam Pollock and Michael Allen.
The appointments follow an exceptional year for Zeus Capital. The company has raised over £950m for corporate clients on public markets in the last
12 15 months, ranking Zeus as the leading IPO fundraiser on AIM. Zeus has acted as Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker on a number of high profile deals including the £300m IPO of online fashion retailer Boohoo.com, the £200m IPO of DX Group and the IPO and the £94m fundraise for Epwin.
Adam Pollock joins Zeus Capital as Head of Corporate Broking from Panmure Gordon, where he held the same role for the last seven years. Adam has 30 years of corporate finance and broking experience in the UK equity markets and has been involved in over 300 equity fund raisings during his career.
Michael Allen joins Zeus as a Research Director. He previously worked as an executive director at Panmure Gordon and was one of the founding members of the firm’s Liverpool office. During his seven years at Panmure, he was heavily involved in the IPO pipeline and was responsible for a number of high profile listed corporate clients. His success led Thomson Extel to rank Michael in the top three for support services and the number two stock-picker in Consumer and Business Services.
