Zogenix Adds $18 Million

Zogenix Inc., a San Diego-based drug company focused on pain management and CNS disorders, has raised $18 million in second-round funding. Abingworth Management led the round, and was joined by return backers Clarus Ventures, Domain Associates and Scale Venture Partners.
