Zoyi Capital has backed Taiwan Farm Industry. The business is a processed meat producer based in Taiwan, with 47 years operating history, offering a wide range of pork products under its own brand.

Zoyi Capital announced today its investment in Taiwan Farm Industry (“TFI”), a leading and well‐known processed meat producer in Taiwan, with 47 years operating history, offering a wide range of pork products under its own brand.

TFI has a strong presence in both the retail and wholesale Taiwanese markets, unlike other brands which focus primarily on retail only, and has developed long-term relationships with a group of distributors that exclusively sell TFI’s meat products to wholesale customers. With its wide range of product offerings, the firm is able to capture fast growing markets including the hypermarket and restaurant chain segments.

Zoyi Capital, which has a long term relationship with Honorary Chairman Chris Chang, has identified a clear growth strategy for TFI, supported by planned new production expansion to address current unmet demand due to capacity limitation. “New capital will be used to build a new factory which will double TFI’s current capacity, allowing the company to capture new business opportunities and realize scale benefits” said Andrew Kuo, Founding Partner and CEO of Zoyi Capital. The new factory will also meet the standards of overseas markets, enabling TFI to strengthen its export business.
