Chart of the week: 77 percent of investors taking aim at the middle market in 2017

According to Probitas Partners’ annual survey, buyout funds are going to dominate the 2017 investing landscape. The top three sectors will be various types of buyout funds, with the U.S. middle market leading the way. Venture capital fell to fourth place from 2007’s survey but gained target focus, going to 44 percent.
