Chart of the week: Biggest hindrances to PE fundraising in the next 18 months

More than a third (37 percent) of 27 placement agents surveyed say competition will hamper the fundraising market in the next year and a half. The crowded marketplace (26 percent) is viewed as the next rung down on the impediment ladder, while 15 percent are concerned with the current political situation and potential regulatory shakeout in the near future.
