How does your firm compare when it comes to how much you spend on compensation vs. revenues? According to this year’s 2016-2017 Holt-MM&K-Buyouts Insider North American PE/VC Compensation Report, buyout and growth equity firms allocate well over half (58 percent) of their revenue to payroll.
