Olympus Partners nears deal for paint company Ennis-Flint


Olympus Partners LP is in advanced talks to acquire Ennis-Flint, the world’s largest producer and supplier of pavement markings, from Brazos Private Equity Partners LLC, according to three people familiar with the matter.
