American Securities LLC said April 19 it has invested in North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) through a recap. Leonard Green & Partners is also investing as well as NAPA’s management team. Financial terms weren’t announced but Reuters News reported in February that American Securities was buying NAPA for nearly $1 billion.
