PRESS RELEASE

SCOTTSDALE, ARIZ. (PRWEB) FEBRUARY 22, 2021
52TEN, a firm specializing in mobile home park investments, is pleased to announce its acquisition of Country Breeze Mobile Home Park (MHP).

Country Breeze MHP is a 159-space park located in Yuma, Ariz and is the sixth park in 52TEN’s portfolio, following its recent acquisition of Palo Verde Hills MHP in late 2020. This recent transaction was completed off-market, directly with the park’s former owner, and the 52TEN acquired the property with a combination of private equity and debt.

“This was a great opportunity to acquire a family park in Yuma,” said Nate Pattee, 52TEN co-founder. “With this purchase, we now have a solution for both seniors and families and the benefit of additional economies of scale.”

To improve the quality of living at the park and implement its long-term investment focus, 52TEN will renovate and sell the vacant homes on the property, fill vacant spaces, and complete necessary capital improvements.

52TEN partners with qualified private investors in MHP and RV park investments. Its strategy is designed to provide protection, predictable income, and peace of mind throughout volatile market cycles.

“This strategy is a conservative solution for times of market upheaval,” said Jack Martin, 52TEN co-founder. “It’s an alternative that most people have not heard of, yet it’s one of the smartest defensive approaches available today.”

52TEN acquires mobile home and RV parks in appealing locations and turns them into higher-quality properties, enabling 52TEN to simultaneously achieve stable cash flow and

profit potential for the portfolio.
