Warburg Pincus, Berkshire Partners agree to $11.75bn exit of CPP to GE Aerospace

Consolidated Precision Products, a Cleveland, Ohio-based castings manufacturer with about 6,600 employees across more than 20 facilities, has supplied GE Aerospace for more than 15 years.
