Aksìa-backed Valsa completes acquisition of I Maestri del Forno

The Pastorano-based producer makes ambient baked goods such as saltimbocca, pucce, panuozzi and pizza bases for the retail channel, and was founded in 2018 on its founders' multi-sector experience.
