Alphabet to acquire Intersect Power’s data center business for $4.75bn

Intersect’s solar and wind power assets in Texas, and development assets in California will continue to be owned by prior investors which include TPG's Rise Climate Fund, Climate Adaptive Infrastructure and Greenbelt Capital.
