Altor exits Flex IT as Eurazeo combines it with T1A Group

Flex IT provides circular IT services, including distribution, rental, buyback, refurbishment and IT asset disposition, to about 13,000 customers across more than 35 countries, generating approximately €120 million in revenue in 2025.
