Ares EIF Group has teamed up with Toyota Tsusho Corp to build the St. Joseph Energy Center, a 700-MW natural gas-fired combined-cycle generation facility in New Carlisle, Indiana. No financial terms were disclosed; however, BNP Paribas and Credit Agricole provided debt financing for the project.
