STC Netcom (“STC”) is a leading provider of line & antenna services across the West Coast.

The Deal
Centerline Communications (“Centerline”), a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity (“Audax”) has completed the acquisition of STC, representing the company’s fourth acquisition since Audax invested in the combined Centerline and Maicom platform in August 2021.

The Thesis
Headquartered in West Bridgewater, MA, Centerline is a leading professional services organization focused on the design, build, and maintenance of wireless and wireline critical infrastructure across North America. The acquisition of STC helps strengthen Centerline’s line & antenna capabilities and adds scale to work performed by existing service lines on the West Coast.
