Bregal Sagemount invests in membership software provider Spark Membership

As part of this investment, Gene Yoon and Gurmaan Bhatia of Bregal Sagemount and Ershad Jamil, the previous chief growth officer of ServiceTitan, will join Spark’s board of directors.
