Epiris to sell minority stake in Pure Cremation to Centerbridge

• Centerbridge will invest both in Pure’s debt and equity instruments
• Epiris acquired Pure in 2023
• The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2026

Epiris and Pure Cremation CEO Dean Lamble have agreed to sell a structured minority interest in Pure Cremation, a funeral services provider in the UK, to Centerbridge Partners.
