Goldman, Charlesbank-backed MyEyeDr agrees to deal for Partners Group’s EyeCare Partners optometry unit

EyeCare Partners' optometry division has more than 300 offices, including the Clarkson Eyecare, EyeCare Associates, EyeCare Center, Nationwide Vision and The Eye Doctors brands.
