Goldner Hawn has named Danny Geiger as an associate. Previously, Geiger worked at BMO Capital Markets where he was an associate specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
Minneapolis, MN – Goldner Hawn announced that Danny Geiger has joined the firm as an Associate. In this role Danny is responsible for performing analysis and due diligence on new investment opportunities for the firm. He is also integrally involved as a member of Goldner Hawn’s portfolio company deal teams in the management of the firm’s new investments.
Danny joins Goldner Hawn from the Minneapolis office of investment banking firm BMO Capital Markets where he was an associate specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to his time at BMO, he worked at Robert W. Baird in Milwaukee, where he focused on equity capital markets transactions. Danny is a graduate of Carleton College (B.A.).
