Jeffrey Greenip has joined Jefferies as a managing director in the firm’s financial sponsors group. He previously was with Bear Stearns.
The Jefferies investment bank today announced that Jeffrey D. Greenip has joined as a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group of the Firm’s Investment Banking Division. Mr. Greenip will focus on private equity and other financial sponsor clients and has more than twelve years of investment banking experience, most recently at Bear Stearns, where he worked for the past ten years.

As an investment banker, Mr. Greenip has broad experience working with a range of private equity firms and corporate clients across an array of advisory and capital markets transactions. Prior to his ten years at Bear Stearns, he worked at ING Barings Furman Selz. Mr. Greenip received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in International Economics from Georgetown University.
