Premier Radiology Services, which is backed by Grovecourt Capital Partners, has acquired National Radiology Solutions, a Winter Garden, Florida-based teleradiology provider. No financial terms were disclosed.
Headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Premier is a provider of teleradiology solutions in outpatient settings.
